Bulk31 Refund & Return Policy

At Bulk31, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund based on the policies outlined below.

General Return Policy:

• Most items sold on Bulk31 can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns.
• Some items may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs, which will be disclosed at the time of return initiation.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If the item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to a Bulk31 or seller error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or preference, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
• A prepaid return label may be provided for eligible returns.

Vendor-Specific Return Policies:

• As Bulk31 also operates as a multivendor marketplace, individual sellers may have their own return policies. Please review the return policy for each seller before making a purchase.
• If a seller’s policy differs from Bulk31’s standard policy, their policy will apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request a Return."
3. Follow the instructions provided and print the return label (if applicable).
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the specified address.
